The Copier and Printer Service Engineer/Technician repairs and maintains copier equipment; plans copier service work; maintains copier parts and supplies inventory; maintains customer rapport; determines causes of copier failure; corrects copier malfunctions; completes preventive maintenance; verifies copier functioning; documents service actions; updates job knowledge; accomplishes organization goals.
Qualifications:
· Has the functional and technical knowledge and skills to do the job at a high level of accomplishment.
· Experience with the tools required for mechanical inspection (calipers, height gauges, pin gauges, rules).
· Sets clear goals and pursues them until desired results are achieved.
· Track record of adhering to scheduling and attendance requirements.
· Has excellent attendance and can handle responsibility.
· Demonstrates flexibility by adjusting readily to changing priorities.
· Familiar with general office equipment, including phones, faxes, copiers, scanners, and printers.
· Speaks clearly and effectively in a variety of settings.
· Understands tooling equipment, tooling processes, and industrial trends.
· Available to infrequently work after hours and weekends, if required
