Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with eight years technical and project management experience; proven track record in project management coordinating the efforts of hardware and software teams; experience in complex system integration management experience in either a consulting or enterprise environment. Additional Qualifications Desired: Five years experience in technical project management in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented and/or consulting environment; Project Management Professional (PMP / PMI) certification; government contract experience; Oracle 10g and Oracle Forms experience; working knowledge of Solaris and other Sun hardware and software products; technical operations management experience; demonstrate strong planning and organization skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office including Microsoft Project, Power Point and Visio; strong written and oral communication skills; team development and coaching skills; personal leadership characteristics. Special Requirements: Must pass FBI Secret Clearance background check; ability and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and during emergency situations such as hurricanes or other natural disasters; 24x7 on call duty; ability and willingness to travel some. Responsibilities: serves as part of the core Program Management team of the LEO and InfraGard Programs; provides the support needed to successfully plan, track and report on complex software and hardware system integration projects; serves as internal liaison between working groups to facilitate system integration planning and coordination; communicates technical project details and other pertinent information to non-technical stakeholders; monitors and communicates, to program management, the status of projects, with attention to resource utilization, project costs, risk management, and the technical performance of the engineering team; serves as key participant in team meetings; communicates sensitive information to the various stakeholders; creates and maintains an information technology project plan that communicates tasks, milestone dates, status and resource allocation; utilizes software life-cycle methodology; provides input for and tracks development plans across multiple projects and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
