Incumbent plans, coordinates and administers special projects for committee events of the Board of Women Visitors (BWV), including the Abrahamsohn Committee, the Philadelphia Antiques Show (PAS) and others. Collaborates in development of strategies and marketing to support activities of the BWV within the hospital and community. Monitor operations and maintain payroll for employees at the Nearly New Shop in Ardmore. Coordinate maintenance and policy procedures of the Nearly New Shop. (i.e. arrange for needed repairs at the shop through appropriate Health System departments.) Provide timely administrative support to the Chairs of our various committees as needed in order to meet assigned deadlines. Coordinate meetings, special lectures and activities for BWV and related committees as well as annual and periodic sales, holiday activities, luncheons, etc. Monitor and keep current various contractual agreements, i.e. rental, show manager, etc.

College degree and/or equivalent experience in communication and business skills required, experience working with non-profit or volunteer groups preferred. A broad range of interpersonal communication, decision-making and organizational skills required. Ongoing education with regard to issues affecting non-profit entities recommended. Minimum three years management experience.
