PROJECT ENGINEER needed in Illinois to support the implementation of automation and control projects. Requires BS Engineering and 5+ years experience in the process control or process industries, Refining, Chemical, Pulp and Paper or Life Sciences industries preferred. Must have working knowledge of the principles of PID controls and of calibration and measurement of process variables such as pressure, level, temperature and flow. Requires expertise with personal computer desktop applications including word processors, spreadsheets, presentation packages, databases, electronic mail, web browsers, and other specialized applications. Skills with Microsoft platforms, Windows 2000 server, Windows 2003 server, Windows XP server , Windows XP client and Microsoft networking software are desired. Background with industry standard programming language such as Visual Basic and HTML graphics is a plus. Seeking candidates who can deliver automation and controls projects involving human machine interface, IT, database configuration. Excellent benefits. • List your education and rate your knowledge of the principles of PID controls and of calibration and measurement of process variables such as pressure, level, temperature and flow. List controls systems you are proficient with.
• Rate your expertise with personal computer desktop applications including word processors, spreadsheets, presentation packages, databases, electronic mail, and web browsers.
• Rate your abilities with Microsoft platforms, Windows 2000 server, Windows 2003 server, Windows XP server, Windows XP client and Microsoft networking software, Visual Basic and HTML graphics.
