Controllers are responsible for all plant accounting and some human resources functions. In the human resources role they are in charge of payroll, interviewing, selecting, and benefits. On the accounting side of the position the Controller is responsible for preparing monthly financial reports, tax reports and forms, authorizing payments, and maintaining internal controls. The Controller of the plant is also responsible for supervising the Accountant.

Education and Experience Requirements:

-B.S. or B.A. in Accounting
