Controller        

 

The Corporate Controller will assist the VP - Accounting with the financial affairs of the organization and with preparation of monthly financial statements.  Coordination of accounting activities with external auditors and agencies as well as internal business units is required.  The ability to provide detailed analysis of financial statements and fluctuations as well as recommending areas for improvement is critical. The position is based out of Downers Grove, Illinois.

Create policies and proceduresManaging various accounting ends Provide leadership, direction and supervision of the corporate accounting group and its sub-groups to promote productivity, retention, and the development of the staffPreparation of financial and management reportsManage year-end AuditQuarterly and annual forecast preparation

 

Requirements

 

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance requiredCPA or MBA is preferredMinimum of 5-7 years of experienceProficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel etc)Proficient in Oracle Hyperion reporting experienceAbility to manage teams and individuals to maintain a positive, productive work climate.
