ARE YOU LOOKING FOR STABILITY? A Family owned company in Central Missouri is looking for a Manufacturing Operations Controller. This company has been in business for 50+ years. This position, under the direction of the Plant Manager will provide support activities to the Vice-President of Manufacturing by way of planning and conducting complex analyses to improve the operational and financial effectiveness of the manufacturing organization. These support activities will include a variety of "project-based" analyses as well as recurring responsibilities to assist operations personnel with budgeting, forecasting, productivity analysis and capital expenditure justifications. Project outcomes must be meaningfully summarized and effectively communicated/presented to manufacturing and executive management. The Manufacturing Operations Controller has indirect reporting responsibilities to the Vice President of Finance and must work cooperatively with the Corporate Accounting and Finance Departments. The ideal candidate will possess a BS Degree in Finance or Accounting and 7+ years accounting experience in a Manufacturing Environment with Printing/Publishing industry experience.
