Ideal candidates possess the following qualifications:

• BS/BA degree in Business, Accounting or Finance
• CPA/MBA with Big 4 or national public accounting experience
• 12+ years relevant industry experience
• High degree of computer literacy with a major ERP system (i.e. SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft), Excel and Access
• Client service driven with excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Flexible, adaptable and hands-on approach
