Fantasic non-profit organization in San Diego is looking for an accounting professional with a controller background.  This organization is well-established and does many great things for the community.  Would you like working in a deadline driven, fast paced organization that does many great things for the community in San Diego County?  

Core Responsibilities but not limited to:

~Developing internal controls and policies/procedures and maintains those policies and controls

~Directly manages accounting and financial functions

~Reports to and works closely with the CFO

~Monitors investment porfolios in conjunction with Investment Committees

~Handles management accounting and oversees annual independent audit

~Manages bank and investment vendor relations

~Handles cash flow forecasting, cash management and debt financing/management.

Requirements:

~Bachelors degree in accounting or finance

~CPA preferred (Master's degree preferred)

~5 years experience as controller or treasurer
