Our client, a law department of a large retailer, is in search of a commercial real estate paralegal.  This person will start on a contract basis with the potential to become a permanent employee.  Duties include: putting together lease agreements, purchase agreements, site agreements, and participating in closing activities.  Qualified candidates will have the ability to bring in new ideas, yet also conform to the structure of the department.  Will report directly to senior counsel, but will also work with Real Estate manger, brokers, and outside counsel.  This is a fast-paced environment, so candidates interested in applying should have a high sense of urgency.  No degree required, but must have a minimum of 3-5 years experience.  Hours are 8 to 5, with no overtime and no travel.  Please send resumes in MS Word format to resumes@providusgroup.com and reference job #4305.
