CONTRACT RECRUITER
We are currently searching for a highly motivated, tenacious, proven CONTRACT RECRUITER to support our aggressive expansion throughout New England. This position will be based out of our brand new, 5000 square foot, one of a kind headquarters is based in Woburn, MA.
RealEstate.com’s ideal candidate will be an experienced CONTRACT RECRUITER with the ability to find/source qualified, successful Real Estate Agents using a combination of techniques. We are not looking for resume screeners. This position requires research and hard core recruiting.
Description:
Drive the recruiting process and be an integral source for growing the company’s agent base over a wide geographic area, including responsibility for scheduling appointments needed for 3+ hires each week.
· Generate 75+ telemarketing calls per day to possible candidates by screening, interviewing and recommending qualified agents to join the organization.
· Consistent communication with the VP of New England and the Regional Sales Manager is essential.
· Coordinate cold, warm and follow up calls needed to achieve hiring goals
· Respond to all inquiries received from job boards, ads, website, etc.
· Ensure all follow up contacts are made (calls, emails, invitations, etc.) according to follow up action plans.
· Submit nightly and weekly reports.
Qualifications:
3+ years of progressive recruitment experience High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred Proactive and an "out-of-the-box" type of thinker Strong organizational and communication skills Excellent cold calling and follow up skills Elite interpersonal skills Track record of staffing qualified sales people in a high volume environment Current or previous real estate sales experience/ license is desired Ability to work under pressure of multiple projects and deadlines Ability to effectively prioritize workload and manage change in direction Computer skills: thorough working knowledge of MS Word, intermediate to advanced MS Excel, intermediate to advanced MS Outlook, advanced knowledge of Internet Ability to work in a team environment
