Job Description:
Contract Management requirements:
Develop contract terms, conditions and contractual strategy
Assist in the negotiation of very complex contract, consortium agreements and contract administration issues
Coordinates contract implementation with Legal, Insurance, Tax, Patent, Treasury and other applicable departments; coordinate contract requirements with subcontractors/suppliers, marketing, sales and commercial inquiries concerning contract terms and conditions, establish and identify the exposures and obligations of all parties
Develop, monitor, follow-up and report on administrative systems in support of all contract drafts, modifications, amendments and agreements, ensure awareness of risk assumption in accordance with the contractual strategy.
