Description Position is primarily responsible for all aspects of maintaining Installation OCIP (Owner Controlled Insurance Program) program for the Accounting, Construction, & Property Management Departments. Position is also responsible for collecting, reviewing, and maintaining Davis Bacon reporting for all applicable Contractors and working closely with the Contracts Administrator position in the maintenance of Subcontractor Files. Required Skills Advanced spreadsheet and computer skills required. Yardi and/or Timberline Accounting Software experience a plus. Must be a Team Player in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment. Professional and positive attitude required with vendors and team members. Ability to troubleshoot/resolve problems without excessive guidance Required Experience Associates Degree in Accounting/Finance or Business Administration. 1 - 3 years of relevant experience.
