We are currently looking for a Content Manager to join our team in Washington, DC. The Content Manager will be responsible for:

maintaining and administering a Federal public Web presence;monitoring and administering content management system, including creating, editing, reviewing, and publishing content (Data Entry);monitoring and administering content workflows, including workflow creation, modification, and administration;developing and delivering periodic reports on site performance;periodic evaluation of technical and business performance and recommendations for improvements;communicating with client stakeholders to extract requirements for system enhancements;working with client stakeholders to troubleshoot issues as necessary;providing training to new client content contributors on system use.

Required skills:

4-5 years experienceExperience with Content Management Systems.Experience with Web site content maintenance, including accessibility guidelines, use of workflow, and standards-compliant HTML.Experience with HTMLExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently.

Ideal candidates have:

Experience with CSS.Experience with Oracle (formerly Stellent) Content Management System.Experience in maintenance of Federal public Web presences.Familiarity with basic information architecture best practices.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree
