Big 4 Consulting Manager/Sr Manager with DoD experience
We have an immediate opening for an experienced consulting manager/senior manager to join our dynamic team with the ability to manage both large and small scale client engagements. We are seeking experienced consulting managers with Big 4 or similar backgrounds. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading project teams across multiple projects to include; engagement management and control, project team building and management, client management, and business development. Ideal candidate has Big Four or US Government Systems Integrator experience and supply chain management expertise and has worked in the DoD logistics environment. This position, located in Washington DC, will manage projects that will be implemented for our USAF Customer. Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to be cleared for and maintain a secret clearance.
Responsibilities:
As the PLM Specialist, you will participate and direct staff in developing, managing and maintaining taxonomies and thesauri for organizing information assets, create documentation for managing taxonomies, thesauri and bibliographic databases as well as research, evaluate and make recommendations for process improvements, including automated systems for knowledge capture. You will also design, prepare and distribute reports.
Requirements:
· 10 years experience in supply chain management, ERP implementation, supply chain systems implementation or related discipline
· Proven track record leading practice teams and project teams for government clients
· Experience in business development activities to include client engagement, technical proposals, cost proposals, and lead/opportunity tracking/management
· Experience in managing and leading staff
Secondary Qualifications (candidate preferred):
· Prior working experience with the Department of Defense logistics systems
· Good analytical and problem solving skills
· Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
· Proven capability to deliver complex Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions in an Enterprise environment
· Experience working in an SCM-Logistics environment
· Configuration experience in an ERP/SCM/PLM application (Oracle/ClickCommerce/IFS preferred)
· Desirable to have a working knowledge of the Supply Chain Operational Reference (SCOR) model
