Minimum 6 years of experience in large renovation or ground up projects within the NYC area. Excellent communication skills and proven experience on complex projects is a must.  Degree is preferred.  Our Manhattan based client is an established GC / CM, building in all market private market sectors for clients in commercial, residential, institutional, historic, landmark, etc…  Project experience over $50 million is preferred.  Join an exceptional project team reporting to a  General Superintendent on this highly visible project in central Manhattan.  This company has been around for over 20 years, and boasts a volume of $300 million / year, and over $800 million in backlog work.  This is a professional team with a high level of ethics, excellent relationships with their sub contractors, and an eye for quality.  Pay range is between 90k and 140k, depending on experience.  Excellent benefits, 401k, etc…  Contact David at david@construction-recruiters.com

 

Senior Estimator

This excellent new client of Construction Recruiters, Inc., has been around for 90 years, and is located in Rockland County.  Doing over $250 million / year in all private sector work, renovation and ground up work (projects from less than 1 million dollars up to $50 million), our client is not only steady, but actually growing in this market.  This position reports to the knowledgeable, fair, and even keeled VP of Estimating / Pre-Construction, and may entail some management / supervision of the rest of the 5 person estimating team.  Excellent track record in private sector estimating (negotiated work, conceptual estimating, etc…) is necessary.  Knowledge of all trades is also necessary.  Pay range from 80k to 140k, depending on experience.  Excellent full benefits, 401k, etc… Contact: David at david@construction-recruiters.com
