PROJECT/CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT

Location: Baltimore, Maryland; Full-Time Permanent Position

 

CCI, Inc. is currently seeking an experienced, technically proficient, Federal Market Construction Superintendent with a belief in teamwork.  The position requires knowledge in every stage of the construction process and the ability to supervise multiple subcontractors. 10+ years construction experience desired with 5+ years on projects $2M or greater.  Candidates possessing US Navy, Air Force, and/or FAA construction experience desired.

 

The primary responsibility of this position is to coordinate, plan, and supervise subcontractors and/or craft activities ensuring adherence to plans and specifications; enforcing site safety and providing contractor quality control.  Candidate must have the ability to support multiple projects and tasks in multiple locations (willingness to travel), and possess strong organizational and communication skills. Additionally, the successful candidate must have the ability and willingness to work with tools as necessary.  Minimum 30 Hours OSHA Construction Safety Training and knowledge of ACOE EM385-1 desired.

 

US Citizenship required; salary dependent on experience.
