We have an immediate for a Construction Superintendent to work in the Northern Luzerne County, PA area.  This company is considered one of Pennsylvania’s premier commercial real estate developers.  This is full service firm that specializes in commercial/industrial real estate development, construction, finance and leasing, brokerage, and property management.

Qualifications:

Engineering, Architectural or Construction Management degree or equivalent is preferred.A minimum of 10 years experience in the commercial construction industry.Candidates must have strong subcontractor management skills, thorough knowledge of construction techniques and solid communication skills to interface with A/E, contractors and office personnel.  Candidate must have a thorough knowledge of all building trades/crafts. 

 Must also be able to do the following:

Supervise entire construction effort to ensure projects are completed in accordance with design, within budget and on schedule.Coordinate materials, equipment and labor resources to accomplish project objectives.Document, manage & control trade/subcontractor issues.Conduct weekly on-site progress meetings with Owner’s Representatives & all subcontractors.Comply with company protocol and safety requirements.
