We are a concrete construction company serving the Philadelphia and the tri-state area and we are in search of a safety manager. This position requires a self motivated individual who will be responsible for implementing a company safety policy. This individual must be capable of making recommendations to further develop the company safety program and enhance its effectiveness with our employees and customers. This individual is to have solid communication skills and must be willing to actively monitor ongoing construction projects and report safety issues and solutions to senior management. This individual must be capable of developing site specific safety manuals based on our company policy and that of our clients. This individual must also conduct the necessary training to orient our employees on a specific site or facility.

Our candidate is to have a B.S. in safety management. Experience in commercial construction is strongly recommended.
