CONSTRUCTION REPRESENTATIVE US Public Health Service, Indian Health Service, is accepting applications for the position of Construction Representative in Traverse City. This position is seasonal & can be up to 40 hours/week for the period starting June 2008 & ending May 30, 2009. Renewal options are included for four additional years. Qualifications: Minimum twenty years' construction oversight experience. Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills and be able to read & interpret plans & specifications as they relate to water & wastewater facilities. Must be able to work independently. Ten years' experience with federal procurement & contracting required. Valid Michigan driver's license. Position will be filled under a personal services contract. Preference will be given to Federally Recognized Native American candidates. Salary: Please state salary requirements w/response.
