General Description- To provide administrative support to Project Management teams and to support general office admininstration within growing Construction and Real Estate firm in Midtown Manhattan.
Responsibilities include:
Answer phones, direct calls and take accurate messages and relay them as required
Assist in scheduling meetings and preparation for the meetings Assist in Project Managers' correspondence Assist in Project organization and administration Maintain business files Maintain in and out communication Maintain administration and organization of office digital filing system Assist in the preparation and administration of contracts and other project documentation Assist project management team in maintaining proper insurance with appropriate logs Assist in the organization of governmental filings including follow up of team members Maintain records and logs of required paperworkAssist Project Managers where required
Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports to clients Assist in the preparation and distribution of monthly requisitions Follow up on missing workflow Prepare expense reports where requested Assist other Administrative assistants as required Provide backup to Receptionist as required Any other assignment as required
