A growing and exciting public works construction company is looking for a great project manager to join their team. This company is looking for someone with at least 3 years LOCAL public works experience and would prefer over 5 years project management experience.

The ideal candidate will be someone that is by the book, that can run an entire project from start to finish and that can work with the owner, but not let the owner run the project. Familiarity with Timberline and Suretrak are a plus, but not required.

Job Duties Include:

- split time 50/50 between office and on the job site.
- in charge of delegating duties to the on site superintendent
- work with the owner
- work side by side with architect
- some scheduling

Job Requirements Include:

- public works experience- local to Las Vegas
- good job tenure
- CM degree preferred
- LOCAL to Las Vegas
- ability to run an entire project
- personable
