Our Construction Department continues to expand as our company focuses on our 50+ new stores and 20+ remodels scheduled for fiscal 2008! Our expansion provides terrific opportunities to build your career, become a member of our friendly, dynamic Construction team, and grow as we grow!

Project Managers supervise new store construction, remodels and new store facility management and interact with Store Design and Real Estate Departments to achieve on-time, cost efficient store openings. The PM reviews and awards general contractor bids and provides leadership to successfully execute the development and construction of multiple stores annually.

Candidates must posses:
~5 years Construction Management experience
~ Large, mall based retail specialty company experience a must
~ Ability to read and interpret all aspects of construction documents required
~ Willing to travel extensively
~ Strong attention to detail
~ Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
~ Must be able to adapt quickly to change and consistently reprioritize
~ Ability to read and interpret all aspects of construction documents required
~ Strong sense of team and support
~ Construction BA in Design, Architecture, Engineering or related industry
