Leading commercial and multi housing developer/construction firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager. Will report to the COO.

Must have excellent presentation skills, and the ability to develop client proposals, administer contracts, present bids, and supervise projects from beginning to completion.

Multi housing construction experience is helpful.
degree in related field is preferred.
