Hall Equities Group, a leading Walnut Creek, CA based owner, developer, and manager of Residential, Office, Industrial, Retail, Hospitality, and Self Storage Properties with properties located in the Greater San Francisco Bay Area, Central Valley, Inland Empire, and Vancouver/Seattle Greater Metropolitan Markets, is currently seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to work out of its Walnut Creek, CA office.

The Construction Project Manager will oversee the permitting, construction, and design process for a variety of projects including new residential, retail, industrial, office, hotel, and mixed-use development as well as some tenant improvements and other capital expenditure projects on existing buildings.

Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities:

· Must be able to successfully manage different types of projects simultaneously.

· Creates budgets, monitors and manages project costs. Updates Senior Management regularly on project budget and schedule status and other project issues.

· Hires and oversees contractors, architects, engineers and related project consultants, vendors and suppliers. Works with both public agencies and private entities to ensure project completion.

· Monitors and maintains project schedules. Responsible for key delivery and completion dates for tenant lease requirements.

· Reviews site plans, tenant improvements plans, engineering plans and working drawings for accuracy and cost saving opportunities.

· Manages relationships with tenant’s construction and design representatives to assure compliance with lease terms and tenants design criteria.

· Works with governmental agencies to secure preliminary approvals, building permits, inspections and final project approvals and certificates of occupancy.

Successful candidate should have a college degree in construction, real estate, finance, or related field. Minimum five years experience in construction management, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, integrity, and the ability to perceive problems and react quickly to effect solutions, strong planning and organizational skills and financial analysis capabilities. Experience in Excel, MS Project, and CAD helpful. Some travel is required.
