Muse Concrete Contractors, a 25 Million Dollar a year local concrete contractor, with two locations in the Northern California, is seeking a strong assistant project coordinator/office administrator to join our Rancho Cordova, CA team. This is a dual role and requires working independently and with other team members via phone, computer or in person. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry. We seek someone who has the ability to coordinate with multiple departments, to funnel information to appropriate individuals or departments, strong written and verbal communication, understand confidentiality parameters, and possess strong computer skills. This candidate will have excellent time management skills in order to meet critical deadlines and demonstrate sound judgment. Should be comfortable sitting for long periods of time, stooping, bending and be able to lift at least 25lbs.
Key duties include; Inputting data in Timberline software for bidding purposes, organizing blueprints, project files, contract administration, assisting project managers with various daily duties. Daily clerical office duites, manage filing systems, answer office phone lines, route messages/calls along with other general clerical functions. New hire applications and orientations. Expert in MS Office, Internet, Timberline, scanning, and documentation a plus.
