Construction Project Manager (2 positions)

4 + years experience.  Oversee construction and development of major construction projects for retail construction (Vertical)  build.. Requires experience in retail construction project management with experience in computer estimating and contract negotiations. Duties include regulatory submissions, bid solicitation, contract negotiations and multiple project management.   Project list of retail build exp. preferred along with resume.

Civil Engineer, Commercial Land Development  - PE required

3 + years experience in civil engineering related to land development, site evaluation, permitting, s construction and management of commercial site work development.  4 yr degree in civil engineering. Experienced in costs, quantity takeoffs, bid analysis.

Architect/ CADD Manager 

4+ years experience in commercial construction architectural design/development and department management. BA in architecture (preferred); 5+ yrs exp preparing construction documents.   Autocad exp required.
