Growing construction firm with many federal projects seeks Project Managers and Superintendents for West Coast Florida Gainesville to Lake City Area.  The right candidates must have at least 3 years experience in the construction or construction management arena, government or hospital experience is a plus.  We seek top professionals to be top performers within our organization and have the ability to grow with us. 

 

Job Description

 

Candidates must have a strong knowledge of blue print and specification interpretation.  A working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and ProjectCandidates must have a strong knowledge of OSHA safety requirements, enforcement, and quality control inspections.Candidates must have the skills to oversee sub contractors and in house workforce.
