Project Engineer & Concrete Estimator Assistance

R&G Builders General Contractor & Concrete Parking Structure Specialist is seeking for a full time Project Engineer. Candidate must work with Timberline software. Duties to include (partial list):

1. Be able to perform all new project Engineering responsibilities.

2. Update Timberline data base on a continual basis.

3. Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and materials pricing.

4. Determine labor, material and construction equipment costs.

5. Meet and maintain bidding and work schedules.

6. Participate in bid / proposal compilation on bid day.

“Education Requirements”

Civil Engineering Degree, Construction Management, Architectural degree & 2- years experience is required.
