CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER
Construction Manager / Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the construction of projects on Military bases in Texas.  The manager will oversee the subcontractors doing the work including; interacting with staff and clients, managing the scope, schedules, budgets for multiple projects, documentation of project progress through quality control inspections, field logs, photographs, record of communication, meeting minutes.  Candidate must work well under pressure and meets all timelines and cost estimates.  Contract administration, client invoices, and organization of files is required.  Pay is based on experience.

The Qualifications
• BS in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• 3 years of experience with Army Corp of Engineers projects.
• Experience managing projects including design, budgets, scheduling and client interface
• Familiar with permitting and regulatory requirements
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
• The ability to relocate and or travel nationally on an occasional basis
