Construction Manager II

In this key role, your responsibilities will include:

Administers, trains, and motivates all personnel in construction operations through the superintendent and foreman levels Maintains effective construction equipment use and maintenance program Remains knowledgeable of safety policies and procedures Performs assigned duties in a safe manner while supervising others Ensures responsibility for employees’ safety and that they comply with established safety policies and procedures and practice safe work habits Requirements
Typically has 8-15 years of experience with progressive and varied experience in construction, technical and engineering activities Minimum 10 years experience in underground utility world (electrical & communications, preferably with design and construction experience) Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering Normally assigned to a project with a value between $50 million and $150 million
