Los Angeles area firm seeking CA licensed attorneys with 4+ years experience in construction litigation to work on a contract basis.  Candidates should have experience with complex claims and litigation matters involving different aspects of construction litigation, including construction defects, soil subsidence, design professional malpractice, contractor-subcontractor disputes, mechanics’ lien and stop notice and change order issues.  The ideal candidate will have large firm experience and will have graduated from a top law school.  Excellent communication skills are a necessity as are excellent academic credentials.  Qualified candidates please send Word document resumes to Nicole at neubanks@updatelegal.com.
