POSITION TITLE: Lead Remediation Manager
REPORTS TO: Vice President, Community Health Services
STATUS / HOURS: Regular/Full-time (Evenings and Weekends as scheduled)
STARTING SALARY: $ 50,000.00 - $ 60,000.00 Annually
POSITION SUMMARY: Perform the duties required to lead, train, oversee, and monitor the work of construction and risk assessor specialists in order to meet the goals of a residential lead remediation activities of a federally funded Lead Remediation and Prevention Project.
POSITION QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Education: Minimum of an Associates Degree. Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Health, Public Health or related field preferred.
Experience:
• Five (5) years experience in licensed, lead based paint and inspection work.
• Three (3) years experience in construction and construction management.
• Two (2) years of supervisory experience, construction field preferred.
License(s)/Certification(s) Required:
1. Missouri Lead Supervisor License and Project Designer License.
2. Lead Inspector Safety education and certification.
