Systems Paving, the nation’s largest installer of residential Interlocking Concrete Paving Stones, is looking for a Field Supervisor to join our fast growing team in San Diego, CA.

 

Responsibilities include:

Coordination and supervision of multiple construction crews in multiple locations Training and motivation of construction crews Visiting job sites daily and interfacing with clients Managing the project to successful completion within cost and time estimates Interfacing with salesmen and administration  

Requirements:

Must have 3-5 yrs construction experience preferably with site preparation, paving stones, concrete and/or masonry work and job/crew management.    Must be well organized and a good communicator Must have a “can-do” team approach. Must be highly motivated Own pick-up a plus
