Commercial GC in Fort Lauderdale, Florida for 20 years is seeking an established Estimator with a minimum of 10 years experience with the ability and knowledge to assist with project management. Computer literate, including Excel and Microsoft Project. Ability to do conceptual estimating for design-build projects, cost analysis, and forecasting. Able to evaluate subcontractor bids, set up cost comparison worksheets and buy-out / contract with subcontractors. Possessing a college degree or equivalent experience in construction is a plus. Superior organizational and communication skills required.
