A general contracting firm specializing in commercial ground-up construction seeks a qualified estimator.  Their success as a quality general contractor for office, retail, industrial, hospitality, medical, and biotech create exciting work environments. Having been in business for nearly 100 years, this company does great business with top clients. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate.

 

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE:

·      Four-year degree or equivalent experience is required

·      5+ years of Field and Office experience with a strong track record of success

·      Results-driven track record of leadership, motivation, organization, and collaboration

·      Have projects ranging from $5 Million and up on project list in vertical construction

·      Exposure to the construction services industry and/or experience with high-growth industry/company is a strong plus

·      Ability to translate vision and strategy into clear, actionable goals

·      Excellent communication and presentation skills

·      Computer literate

Current systems and technologies utilized:

·      Prolog Manager and Prolog Website

§         Timberline Precision Estimating

§         MS Windows and MS Office

§         Corporate intranet and web-driven applications

§         Primavera P3, Suretrak, & Microsoft Project
