Salary Range: $65K-$85K+/-, outstanding benefits

This is an outstanding opportunity with a major construction organzation.  This organzation specializes in industrial, automotive, and power industry projects.  They work as construction management, design/build, or general contractor on the projects.  They now have an urgent need for an experienced Estimator.  The responsibilities would be to effectively negotiate design/build and hard dollar bids, assembling CM proposals and trade packages, strong skills in financial analysis including project budgeting and profit analysis, conceptual estimating, ability to take off and price self performed earthwork and concrete projects, and have strong relationships with area subcontractors.  Requirements would be bachelor's degree, minimum 5 years of experience, and strong computer skills.
