Our client is seeking a 60 day contractor that specializes in Construction Defect/ Insurance Lit, with a possibility of a permanent opportunity.

The contractor will be responsible for implementing litigation strategies and identifying opportunities for settlement, bargaining, and eary resolution. Job duties also entail customer feedback, assisting outside counsel and supporting several construction defect cases.

Job Requirements:

3-5 years insurance defense experience

JD, CA bar member

Ability to start 6/23
