A general contracting firm specializing in commercial ground-up construction seeks a qualified Cost Accountant in the Los Angeles area.  They have more than 50 years of experience in major construction and engineering jobs. With over $10 billion in completed projects, they stand among the country's largest general contractors. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate who is available to start immediately!

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE

·      Accounting degree or equivalent experience is required.

·      2+ years of accounting experience with a construction company, and strong track record of success

·      Results-driven track record of leadership, motivation, organization, and collaboration

·      Exposure to the construction services industry and/or experience with a high-growth industry/company is a strong plus

·      Ability to translate vision and strategy into clear, actionable goals

·      Excellent communication and presentation skills

·      Computer literate
