Construction Coordinator - Austin, TX- 61825

 

Job Description:

Coordinates all tasks in the real estate and construction telecommunications process for my client’s new project.

 

Responsibilities:

Monitors dates and alerts team of any potential delays to projects.Responsible for ordering parts and materials on critical timelines.Work with Market team to coordinate and track purchase orders, tracks dates, and monitors delivery.Track materials required, work with the material planners, and coordinates delivery with vendors.Track order timelines to ensure prompt delivery and receipt of goods.Reconcile accounting issues related to vendor invoicing and returns.Coordinate orders and deliveries with my client’s warehouses, GC and vendors to ensure timely delivery of equipment.Track vendor processes and delivery dates.Obtain management approval on all agreements, contracts and special documentation.Collects close out packages to ensure proper documentation of each project.Provide reports as requested by market leadership.Attend and contribute to meetings as requested.Works with all involved departments to ensure that documentation has been delivered to the appropriate signing authority, and follows upPerform Pre-construction site visits to gather site information and photos. Generate Bill of Quantity material lists Oversee Quality Assurance flow and processes. Oversee Quality of work during and after construction. Identify construction has been completed per market standards and Construction Drawings.Generate punch lists for work which does not meet client, market, and national standards. Ensure punch work is completed in a timely manor to expedite site closeout package.Willing to purchase supplies and make deliveries if needed.

Ability to oversee Quality of work during and after construction. Ability to identify construction has been completed per market standards and Construction Drawings. Generate punch lists for work which does not meet client, market, and national standards.
