Under the supervision of the Construction Manager, the Construction Associate will assist in all of the day-to-day construction tasks for the project. This position provides assistance with the supervision of the laborers/contractors, and provides extensive follow-up and coordinates all aspects related to construction of an ongoing condo conversion. High School Diploma or GED preferred.  Minimum 2 years of condominium conversion and construction experience required. Excellent communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills required.
