In this role, build runways or safe havens to aid the servicemembers who defend our freedom. Renovate military bases or help secure vital ports of call. No prior military experience is necessary to become an enlisted member of the Navy Reserve. However, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

Be a U.S. citizen Be at least 18 years of age and no older than 40 upon joining Have a high school diploma (GED certificates valid in some instances) Meet Navy Reserve physical standards Get a qualifying score on the ASVAB (Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery) exam
