Our client is looking for an an experienced accountant who has experience with commercial projects or large residential projects in terms of setting up job costing and creating and maintaining budgets.  Responsibilities include vendor invoicing, progress reports, project analysis, direct correspondence with construction managers and direct interface with auditors.  The position will also have direct contact with customers regarding all facets of issues, and with regulatory agencies.  Ideal candidate will have 3 years experience and an undergradute degree, preferrably in Accounting; a combination or lengthy experience can substitute.  Yardi experience is a plus. Candidates should have experience in reading construction contracts, lien releases, construction cost accounting and quantitative analyses.  Please, respond only if you have a combination of the above requirements.  Ajilon Finance & Accounting is a subdivision of Adecco.
