1105 Media, a leading media organization, seeks an experienced conference/course program manager with attendee marketing skills to join our team in Las Vegas. 

The person in this position will organize and support all course and conference components of Recharger Magazine events (www.rechargermag.com).  Primary responsibilities are for Recharger World Expo in Las Vegas as well as other executive level conferences in China, India, and other locations.  Position requires experience in and knowledge of course management, presenter management, scheduling of courses and speakers, preparation of all collateral materials, and ability to create and develop marketing campaigns and materials to drive paid registration to these events.  The successful candidate must not only be able to create the program but also be instrumental in the marketing and selling of it to attendees.

Requires requires 3 - 5 years experience in a similar role for a conference producer.  Top-notch communication skills are essential for this position, as is the ability to work with all levels both inside and outside the company.  The ideal candidate will be able to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines and maintain a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced environment.  Candidates must be proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook); additional knowledge of or experience with conference registration systems is helpful.  Position requires minimal travel (less than 10% of time).
