 POSITION SUMMARY

This position provides expert level programming, database and development support for GBS Computers, Healthcare applications and offerings. In addition this position will be crossed trained to proved Field Service Engineer duties as required. The position requires expert level skills utilizing programming languages such as Microsoft .NET and databases such as Microsoft SQL Server to advance and support the suite of Healthcare Solutions products. This position will provide high level support for the Help Desk/Client Services Team.

 

QUALIFICATIONS (Knowledge, Skills, and Ability Requirements)

 

·         2+ years or equivalent experience in the following: Microsoft SQL 200x - Administrator Level Experience and/or Certification specifically building triggers and reports.

·         Experience and/or certification working with Microsoft Operating Systems – specifically Windows Server 2003 or above.

·         Fundamental understanding of Systems Hardware and Networking.

·         Microsoft .NET programming experience and/or experience building VB scripts.

·         Experience working with customers specifically in a Help Desk or Training type environment.

·         Must be able to travel and have a valid driver’s license.

·         Good communication skills including verbal, written, interpersonal, and listening.
