5-7 years experience in developing new components for varied markets Working knowledge of passive and active component engineeringKnowledge of FDA and MILSPEC quality approval processes and systemsStrong analytical and problem solving skillsSolid written and oral communication skillsEffective presentation skills Experience with testing of insulation resistance, electrical circuitry and components, etc.  Proficiency in Statistical Analysis software(+) Experience in Dielectics and Termination (+) Experience with medical companies/industry(+) Foreign language skills in:Mandarin ChineseSpanishPortugueseFrench (+) Training/experience with Lean Manufacturing, Toyota production systems and Six Sigma

Responsibilities:

Include, but are not limited to, the following:

Analysis of engineering process of passive medical and military componentsDemonstrate problem solving skills, including root cause analysisUsing ceramics technology, develop new products with various dielectics, termination and electrode materials Provide support to Engineering Manager on general engineering projectsInstall and perform inspections on hi-tech machinery Liaison between company sales and customer engineersDemonstrate working knowledge of passive and active component engineeringPerform documentation of specification changesServe as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in providing theoretical and hands on technical information as necessaryAbility to promptly and effectively analyze engineering data, including performing statistical analysis, and present findings to management 

Requirements:

5-7 years documentable experience in developing new components for varied markets, including having a working knowledge of passive and active component engineeringKnowledge of FDA and MILSPEC quality approval processes and systemsProvide strong analytical ability in written and oral communication to management teamExperience with testing of insulation resistance, electrical circuitry and components, etc.  Proficiency in Statistical Analysis softwareProficiency in Microsoft ApplicationMS WordMS ExcelMS PowerPointExperience in Dielectics and Termination a PLUSExperience with medical companies/industry a PLUSForeign language skills in Mandarin Chinese, Spanish, Portuguese, and French a PLUSTraining/experience with Lean Manufacturing, Toyota production systems and Six Sigma a PLUS 

Education:

Masters or Bachelors Degree in one of the following:

CeramicsElectronic EngineeringChemical EngineeringHands on experience in at least one of the desired degree fields (ceramics, electronic, chemical) 

Rate of Pay:

$65,000 to $75,000 Annually, Based on experience

1st Shift
