Position Description:

Working in the Engenio Storage Group's Competitive Analysis team, the successful candidate will create and deliver competitive analyses, training, and research to internal and external audiences. This position will focus on solutions, such as backup and rapid recovery, DR/BC, and data migration; for data stores such as MS Exchange, Oracle, SQL Server; and server virtualization products such as VMware, XEN, and Viridian. This is a high-profile position with the opportunity to interact with key OEM customers, reseller, and ESG management. The competitive team is high performing, well regarded, and a key component of ESG's successful Sell With strategy. The successful candidate may reside in Milpitas, CA; Boulder, CO; Wichita, KS; Beaverton, OR; Irvine ,CA; Austin, TX; Waltham,MA; Minneapolis,Minn or Atlanta,GA.

Qualifications:

3+ years in software marketing, competitive analysis, or product management Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and teamwork skills Storage knowledge preferred Technical experience desirable
