Administers the design and implementation of compensation programs including job evaluation, salary administration, performance appraisal, annual and long-term incentives and prequisite programs.

Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field plus ten (10) years experience in human resources management with at least 5 years in compensation.  US Citizenship Required.  

Preferred Experience:  Master's degree may substitute for 2 years experience.
