Assignment Capsule This is an excellent time to join our organization as we continue to establish ourselves as the most trusted name in health solutions. In this key role, you will help to drive our success by leveraging your analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills, while developing your business acumen in a highly impactful environment. Work with HR Leadership to identify critical Human Capital gaps which can be measured by the impact of HR initiatives on business outcomes. Provide analytical support to key project teams. Interact with various leaders across the business to understand client needs and ensure that they are understood through the analysis of data. Serve as a subject matter expert on business specific data required to complete customized client reporting for the Human Resource Directors. Work with complex and sensitive data to provide analytical insights to compensation and business leadership through varying levels of data analysis. Develop, refine, and execute ad-hoc reporting requests corresponding to business problems, salary considerations, special projects, etc. Document and improve processes for design and administration of various compensation programs and practices. Facilitate and lead special projects involving both departmental and cross-functional resources. Assist in reviewing compensation plans yearly and provide recommendations regarding redesign to meet business objectives and reinforce operational strategy.

Role Essentials Bachelor's Degree Experience working with internal or external clients or interacting cross-functionally on projects, responding to requests for data or related tasks. Strong attention to detail and exceptional follow up skills Strong technical knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
Role Desirables Reporting Relationships You will report to an Human Resources Manager. This area is under the leadership of the SVP & Chief Human Resources Officer.
