We are seeking an experienced individual who exhibits drive, heart, compassion, and enthusiasm to market a community in the senior housing industry. Specific responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Utilizing internal systems and programs in order to gain maximum occupancy/revenue results.

• Be able to drive outside of the facility premises to visit businesses and potential residents

• Establish contacts with industry professionals and physicians to generate referrals.

• Identify and implement ideas for community functions and advertising to attract potential residents and generate interest in the community.

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Direct sales experience with proven results

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational skills

• Solid ability to interact and build relationships with older adults

• Self motivated team player with the ability to work independently in a team environment
